EGM of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due March 27, 2017

/KASE, March 3, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on KazakhstanStock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on March 27, 2017 at 11:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders will begin with the only issue on the agenda being the election of members of the Board of Directors, defining the composition, term of office of the Board of Directors, defining the amount, terms of payment of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and election of Chairman of Board of Directors of the company. Said meeting will be held in the Company's conference hall, near the poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be done beginning from 10:15 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in said meeting will be drawn up as of March 18, 2017.
