/KASE, March 6, 2017/ – Mortgage organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 28, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05E503
(KZ2C00002178, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities of the
quasi-state sector", KZIKb24) for the period from July 27, 2016 to January 26, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of January 26, 2017 2,079,500,001 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
