/KASE, March 6, 2017/ – Mortgage organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 28, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05E529
(KZ2C00002152, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
quasi-government sector", KZIKb26) of Mortgage organization Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company for the period from July 27, 2016 to January 26, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds have been offered in the period under
consideration. As of January 26, 2017, 8,385,340,000 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
