/KASE, March 6, 2017/ – KazAgroFinance (Astana, Company), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated February 27, 2017 on approval by the National Bank of the
report on results of placement of bonds KZP03Y09C287 (KZ2C00002749, KASE
official list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector
category, KAFIb3) of KazAgroFinance for the period from July 17, 2016 to
January 16, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the period under
review. As of January 17, 2017, 37,500 bonds remained unplaced.
