EGM of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation shareholders due March 27, 2017

/KASE, March 6, 2017/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 27, 2017 at 15:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin with the agenda as follows: 1) on the company's participation in the setting up of a limited liability partnership; 2) on concluding a partnership agreement between the company and Arcelor Mittal. Said meeting of shareholders will be held at 89 Karasai batyr str., Almaty. Registration of participants of said meeting will be conducted from 14:30 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participation in said meeting was drawn up as of February 24, 2017. In case of failed quorum a repeated meeting of shareholders will be held on March 28, 2017 at the same time at the above address.
