/KASE, March 9, 2017/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that "JSC NC "KazMunayGas" ("National Company KazMunayGas" or the
"Issuer") and KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub B.V. ("National Company KazMunayGas Finance")
announce a consent solicitation in relation to the outstanding notes issued by KMG".
