/KASE, March 13, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 22, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on the results of the offering of bonds
KZP07Y10B668 (KZ2C00002707, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from quasi-government sector", MREKb8) of Mangistau Distribution
Power Grid for the period from July 15, 2016 to January 14, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of January 15, 2017, 27,780,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
