/KASE, March 14, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated March 9, 2017 on approval of the report on results of the offering of
bonds KZP01Y10E830 (KZ2C00003010, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", CSBNb15) of Kaspi Bank in the period from July 28, 2016 to
January 27, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; 10,038,640 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced as of January 27, 2017.
