/KASE, March 14, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated March 9, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report
on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y09E830 (KZ2C00003028, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb16) of Kaspi Bank for the
period from July 28, 2016 to January 27, 2017.
According to the letter provided no bonds were offered within the period under
review. As of January 27, 2017, 35,093,567 bonds remained unplaced.
