Delta Bank announces payment of principal debt on bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2)

/KASE, February 23, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of payment of the principal debt on its bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2). According to the issue prospectus of said bonds the payment of the face value and the final (tenth) coupon interest thereon was due from January 18 to 31, 2017. On February 23, 2017 Delta Bank in an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Hereby Delta Bank (hereinafter – the Bank) informs you that as of February 23, 2017 the bank completely repaid the face value of the first issue of bonds (NIN – KZP01Y05E178), issued under the first bond program of the Bank. The total face value of said bonds made up KZT9,884,710,000. We note that on January 31, 2017 the final, the tenth, coupon interest on said bonds was paid in the amount of KZT469,523,725. unquote Earlier, in a letter dated February 15, 2017 Delta Bank informed KASE that as of February 14, 2017 the bank didn't repay the face value on its bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2). In said letter it was also said that the proposed bonds redemption date – March 1, 2017. [2017-02-23]
