/KASE, March 17, 2016/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), securities of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of
an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated March 15, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP03Y10E059 (KZ2C00001964,
KASE official list, " other debt securities" category, CSBNb12) of Kaspi Bank
for the period from August 8, 2016 to February 7, 2017.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
reporting period; 49,978,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced as of
February 7, 2017.
