/KASE, March 18, 2017/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
March 14, 2017 according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y10E889 (KZ2C00003143; KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", ATFBb10) of ATFBank for the period from
August 11, 2016 to February 10, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review. As of February 10, 2017, 302,532,912 bonds remained unplaced.
