/KASE, March 18, 2017/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
March 14, 2017 according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10E895 (KZ2C00003127; KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", ATFBb14) of ATFBank for the period from
August 11, 2016 to February 10, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review. As of February 10, 2017, 38,881,090 bonds remained unplaced.
