As of March 24, 2017 ordinary shares US14766Q1076 (US_CSSV) of Caspian Services, Inc. (US) removed from KASE official list

/KASE, March 18, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of March 24, 2017 ordinary shares US14766Q1076 (US_CSSV) of Caspian Services, Inc. (Salt Lake City) were removed from KASE official list. In KASE conclusion of March 17, 2017 it is said that the reason for delisting of said shares was the indebtedness of Caspian Services, Inc. towards KASE regarding payment of the annual listing fee for the fourth quarter of 2016 and for the first quarter of 2017. In view of the foregoing and in accordance with sub-item 6) of item 1 of Article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category on July 24, 2013, and from January 1, 2015 they were transferred into the second category of KASE official list.
