/KASE, March 27, 2017/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) of March 15, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved
the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y10E855 (KZ2C00003077, KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", HSBKb19) of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan in the period from August 12, 2016 to February 11, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds have been offered in the period
under review. As of February 11, 2017, 3,834,825 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
