/KASE, March 31, 2017/ – Qazaq Banki (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated March 28, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on the results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y07F324 (KZ2C00003655, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", SNBNb1) of Qazaq Banki for
the period from August 25, 2016 to February 24, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered during the period
under review. As of February 24, 2017, 40,000,000,000 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
