National Bank takes note of non-placement of ATFBank shares in period from September 8, 2016 to March 7, 2017

/KASE, April 3, 2017/ – ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 30, 2017, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the bank's shares in the period from September 8, 2016 to March 7, 2017; - as of March 7, 2017, 8,705,267 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced.
