Delta Bank says National Bank annulled issue of bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2)

/KASE, April 5, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of a letter and certificate of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 31, 2017 regarding the annulment of an issue of bonds KZP01Y05E178 (KZ2C00001709, NFBNb2). According to said certificate, the issue of said bonds was annulled as of April 5, 2017 due to the fact that upon expiry of the circulation term of said bonds rights of claim thereupon were bought back.
