/KASE, April 14, 2017/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that "on April 12, 2017 rating agency Standard&Poor's assigned rating to the
proposed issue of securities of NC KazMunayGas at "BB/kzA", outlook "Negative".
