/KASE, April 19, 2017/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZP02Y10Е754
(KZ2C00002889, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", NRBNb11,
KZT100, KZT20.0 bn; January 27, 2015 – January 27, 2025, semi-annual coupon
10.00 % APR, 30/360) and a certificate of state registration of a securities
issue of March 31, 2017 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation
period and type of the mentioned bonds;
- NIN of said bonds was changed from KZP02Y10E754 to KZP02M40E754;
- the circulation period of dais bonds was changed from ten years to 40
months;
- the type of bonds was changed from subordinated coupon unsecured to
coupon unsecured;
Said amendments to the bond issue prospectus were released on KASE website
