SKYBRIDGE INVEST AND HALYK FINANCE ANNOUNCE RESULTS OF OFFERING OF EUROBONDS OF NATIONAL COMPANY KAZMUNAYGAS

/KASE, April 19, 2017/ – SkyBridge Invest (Almaty) and Halyk Finance, a subsidiary
of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, in the heading - Halyk Finance),
being the joint leading managers and book-runners of international bonds of
National Company KazMunayGas (Astana), have provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) with an official notice of results of the offering of said bonds,
which was held on April 11, 2017.
