/KASE, April 20, 2017/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a press release stating "a successful placement in the US in accordance with
Rule 144а and outside the US in accordance with Regulation S (Reg S) of 5-,
10- and 30-year Eurobonds issues with a total volume of USD2.75 bn".
