National Bank takes note of non-placement of Corporation Tsesna shares in period from October 10, 2016 to April 9, 2017

/KASE, April 28, 2017/ – Corporation Tsesna (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 20, 2017, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from October 10, 2016 to April 9, 2017; - as of April 9, 2017, 20,000,000 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced.
