/KASE, April 28, 2017/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated April 21, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP06Y07D217 (KZ2C00002996,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CCBNb26) of Bank CenterCredit
for the period from September 16, 2016 to March 15, 2017.
According to the letter provided, none of said bonds were offered in the period
under review. As of March 16, 2017, 349,940,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
