/KASE, April 28, 2017/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated April 21, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP07Y10D219 (KZ2C00003317, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", CCBNb27) of Bank CenterCredit for the period
from September 22, 2016 to March 21, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of March 27, 2017, 99,950,000 pieces of said bonds were
placed.
