Redrafted Listing Rules effective as of June 1, 2017

/KASE, April 28, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors of April 27, 2017, a redrafted internal KASE document "Listing Rules" (Rules) was approved, effective as of June 1, 2017. The Rules were redrafted in order to: - align with the new version of a regulatory legal act draft of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishing a new structure of the official list of KASE and new basic listing requirements for securities and their issuers, which is tentatively scheduled to enter into force on June 1, 2017; - establish new additional listing requirements to officially list securities in KASE official list and keep them thereon, as well as criteria to allocate these securities within the new structure of KASE official list; - merge all procedures related to the listing, transfer and delisting of securities of different types and denominations within one document. The following current versions of KASE internal documents shall be recognized as invalid as of June 1, 2017: - Listing Rules; - Rules to list shares in HiTec sector of official list; - Rules to list securities in Commercial Bonds sector of official list; - Rules to list securities in State Securities sector of official list; - Rules to list securities in Securities of International Financial Organizations sector of official list.
