AGM of Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company shareholders due May 29, 2017

/KASE, May 5, 2017/ – Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company (Aktau, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of the company's shareholders is to be held on May 29, 2017 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows: 1) approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2016; 2) progress report on the company's 2016 development plan. Said meeting will be held in the company's conference-hall near poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be carried out from 10:15 to 10:45 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participating in said meeting will be drawn up as of May 22, 2017.
