/KASE, May 24, 2017/ – Subsidiary of Nurbank MONEY EXPERTS (Almaty), the
representative of holders of bonds of Kazinvestbank (Almaty), officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "According to the
information message posted on the official website of the National Bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan on May 23, 2017, the temporary administration of
joint-stock company "Kazinvestbank", for purposes of protecting the rights of
depositors of Kazinvestbank, a transaction was made involving transfer of assets
and liabilities of Kazinvestbank to Joint-stock company "Subsidiary Bank "Alfa Bank".
