/KASE, May 25, 2017/ – As previously announced, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated May 24, 2017,
bonds KZP02Y03Е650 (KZ2C00003887; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-
annual coupon 15.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and
Finance Bank (Almaty) were included in Other Debt Securities category of KASE
official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of May 25, 2017 as the issuer
fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 2 item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will be announced.
