ANNOUNCEMENT: KASE ON MAY 26 HOSTS MEETING WITH DEVELOPMENT BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN MANAGEMENT AS PART OF ISSUER DAY

/KASE, May 25, 2017/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (Exchange or KASE) announces that on May 26, 2017 as part of the event "Issuer Day" a meeting of DBK management (Astana) with the institutional investors and professional securities market participants will be held. Event beginning – 3:00 PM AST, place of event: 280 Baizakov str., Northern tower of Multifunctional complex "Almaty Towers", 8th floor, KASE conference- room, Almaty. The event is timed to the planned placement of KZT bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan, whose underwriter is Kazkommerts Securities (a subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank). DBK’s operational and financial activity for 2016, its current projects and outlook will be discussed during the event.
