/KASE, May 26, 2017/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) approved the KASE official list’s securities allocation chart according
to the new structure on May 24, 2015.
The securities from the KASE official list were classified according to the
trading floor, sector and category, based on their compliance with the
Requirements for issuers and their securities admitted to circulation on the
exchange and certain categories of the exchange’s list and changes made to some
regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities market
regulation approved by the Resolution No. 54 of the Management Board of the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2017, and
additional listing requirements established by the redrafted KASE internal
document "Listing Rules". As previously reported, the above requirements and
the redrafted Listing Rules shall enter into force on June 1, 2017.
Based on the approved chart, the securities from the KASE official list shall be
allocated as follows as of June 1, 2017.
Main Market:
1)10 shares of eight issuers were included in the "Premium" category of the
"Shares" sector;
2)65 shares of 52 issuers were included in the "Standard" category of the
"Shares" sector;
3)240 bonds of 51 issuers were included in the "Bonds" category of the "Debt
securities" sector;
4)3 bonds of 3 issuers were included in the "Commercial bonds" category of
the "Debt securities" sector.
Alternative Investment Market:
1)44 shares of 41 issuers were included in the "Shares" sector;
2)18 bonds of 15 issuers were included in the "Bonds" category of the "Debt
securities" sector.
The securities that are now on KASE official list in the sectors "Securities of
investment funds", "Securities of international financial organizations" and
"Government securities" will be transferred to the relevant sectors of the Mixed
Market of KASE official list.
