/KASE, May 26, 2017/ – National company Food contract corporation (Astana,
hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered changes in the issue
prospectus of its shares and the certificate of state registration of a securities
issue of May 16, 2017 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to Said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes in the company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
authorized shares of the company;
- the total number of authorized ordinary shares of the company KZ1C23640010
makes up 81,259,548 pieces;
- the issue of said shares was entered in the State registry of serial
securities under No. А2364;
