/KASE, June 19, 2017/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 9, 2017, according to which: - National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from November 22, 2016 to May 21, 2017; - as of May 21, 2017, 3,551,543 preferred shares of the company remained unplaced.
