/KASE, June 20, 2017/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated June 14, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP02Y10D210 (KZ2C00000586,
KASE main market, category "bonds", CCBNb22) of Bank CenterCredit for the period
from November 27, 2016 to May 26, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the period under
review. As of May 27, 2017, 1,211,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
