listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

2017 a decision was taken to pay out dividends for 2016 on the Company's
ordinary shares (NIN – KZ1C24120012) in the amount of 10 (ten) tenge 00 tyiyn
per ordinary share.
Dividend payment start date – August 21, 2017.
Record date – August 14, 2017.
Dividends on ordinary shares of Bayan Sulu are paid in cash at Bayan Sulu's
location and by wire transfer.
