KASE Management Board decides to include bonds KZ2C0Y01F533 (KZ2С00003960, PRKRb6) of National Company Food Contract Corporation in KASE official list, Main Market, Commercial Bonds Category

/KASE, June 28, 2017/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board on June 27, 2017 decided to list bonds KZ2C0Y01F533 (KZ2С00003960; KZT1; KZT3.5 bn; 12 months; semi-annual coupon 3.75 % APR; 30/360) of National Company Food Contract Corporation (Astana) in KASE official list, Main Market, Commercial Bonds Category. The Management Board decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of bondholders. Bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) PRKRb6.
