whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

On June 27, 2017 Moody's Investors Services upgraded the Bank's long-term
deposit rating from "Ва2" to "Ва1" and changed the outlook from "developing" to
"negative". The rating agency also affirmed the rating at "Ва3" and changed the
outlook from " developing" to "negative" on the following issued securities of
the Bank: coupon international bonds (XS0583796973, US46627JAB08, HSBKe5),
coupon international bonds (XS0583796973, US46627JAB08, HSBKe5), the
seventh issue under the third bond program of the Bank (KZP07Y10C591,
KZ2C00002855, HSBKb18).
