/KASE, June 29, 2017/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board dated June 27, 2017 indexed bonds
KZ2C0Y01F533 (KZ2С00003960; KZT1; KZT3.5 bn; 12 months; semi-annual coupon
3.75 % APR; 30/360) of National Company Food Contract Corporation (Astana) were
included in KASE official list, Main Market, Commercial Bonds Category.
The Management Board decision is effective as of June 29, 2017, since the issuer
fulfilled the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) PRKRb6.
