/KASE, June 30, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated June 19, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP06Y10B660
(KZ2C00002020, KASE main market, category "bonds", MREKb7) of Mangistau
Distribution Power Grid for the period from November 18, 2016 to May 17, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of May 17, 2017, 20,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
