/KASE, July 3, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
June 28, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on the
results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10E176 (KZ2C00002038, KASE main market,
category "bonds", NFBNb3) of Delta Bank from November 28, 2016 to May 27, 2017.
According to the letter provided no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of May 27, 2017, 20,847,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
