/KASE, July 5, 2017/ – Agricultural Credit Corporation (Astana, Corporation),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE the following:

On June 30, 2017 Standard & Poor's downgraded of the Corporation's ratings to
"BB/negative/В, kzA".
The rating of the 1st bond issue (AGKK b4, NIN KZP01Y09E709) and the 2nd
bond issue (AGKK b5, KZP02M90E700) within the 2nd bond program was
downgraded to the same level.
