/KASE, July 18, 2017/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 13, 2017, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP02Y10E531
(KZ2C00003291, KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, CAEPb2) of Central
Asian Electric Power Corporation for the period from December 12, 2016 to
June 11, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of June 11, 2017 33,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
