EGM of Delta Bank shareholders due August 17, 2017

/KASE, May 15, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE, that an EGM of its shareholders will be held on August 17, 2017 at 11:00 am, with the only item on the Agenda being changes in the Bank's Board of Directors. The meeting will be held at 73a Tole bi str., Almaty. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be compiled as of August 8, 2017.
