/KASE, July 19, 2017/ – As previously reported, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 23, 2017,
ordinary shares KZ1C37300015 (ISIN – KZ1С00001197) of Altyn Bank (SB of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan) (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by
category "standard" of the main market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is July 19, 2017 as the said
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will be announced.
Said shares were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) ATBN.
