As of July 20, 2017 ordinary shares KZ1C03300015 (KZ1C00000447, SHMO) of Shymkent Munay Onimderi were removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, July 19, 2017 19.07.17/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of July 20, 2017 ordinary shares KZ1C03300015 (KZ1C00000447, KASE AIM, Shares Sector, SHMO) of Shymkent Munay Onimderi (Almaty, Company) were removed from KASE official list at issuer request. In KASE findings of July 12, 2017 it is said that KASE received the following documents from the Company: - an application of July 5, 2017 for a voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares; - a copy of the minutes of an AGM of the Company's shareholders of June 26, 2017 that decided to delist shares voluntarily; - a certificate of shareholders according to which, as of July 1, 2017, the only person who owns five percent or more of the total number of outstanding company's shares is Oil Company KOR; In view of the foregoing and in accordance with item 5 of chapter 3 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's category "B" on April 5, 2006; on June 1, 2017 they were in Shares Sector of AIM of KASE. Trades in them opened on October 23, 2007.
