/KASE, July 20, 2017/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

On July 18, 2017 Standard&Poor's affirmed long-term and short-term credit
ratings of the Bank at "BB/B". The outlook for the ratings is negative. The
Bank's ratings were withdrawn from the CreditWatch list with negative
expectations, where they had been placed on June 14, 2017. The rating agency
also affirmed "BB" rating for the following issued securities of the Bank:
coupon international bonds (XS0583796973, US46627JAB08, HSBKe5).
