/KASE, July 20, 2017/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty, Bank), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
"about the upgrade by S&P Global Ratings agency of a long-term rating of
Kazkommertsbank from "B-" "watch developing" to "B+" with a negative outlook,
in addition, the ratings of senior bonds issued by the Bank were upgraded from
"B-" to "B+", and perpetual subordinated bonds from "ССС-" to "CCC+",
according to the S&P report dated July 18, 2017".
