FREEDOM FINANCE RAISED KZT976.9 M IN SUBSCRIPTION TO 8% 3-YEAR INDEXED BONDS KZP01Y03F543 (KZ2C00003945, FFINB2) ON KASE

/KASE, July 21, 2017/ – As previously reported, from July 1 to 17, 2017 an initial offering of USDKZT indexed bonds KZP01Y03F543 (KZ2C00003945, KASE AIM, Bonds Category, FFINb2; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; June 28, 2017 – June 28, 2020; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of Freedom Finance (Almaty) was conducted in the module "Subscription" of the trading system in subscription. The bonds’ issuer acted as a seller in subscription to them (Seller). The nominal value of the bonds placed was KZT one billion. As the price orders indicated the bonds' dirty price, expressed in tenge. The number of financial instruments in an order was represented by the number of bonds. The buyers were able to submit orders for any price. The subscription conditions contained no buyer restrictions for a maximum number of bonds in the orders submitted. By the order submission deadline, the orders were registered in KASE trading system for the purchase of 1,077,303 bonds, including 35 orders for 136,719 bonds from individuals and 2 orders for 940 584 from broker-dealer firms being legal entities. All orders were acknowledged as active. The minimum price in the submitted orders was KZT970.1 a bond and the maximum was KZT980.2. The total bid made KZT1.1 bln and exceeded the offer by 7.8 %. The bid from legal entities was KZT918.6 m (87.3 % of the total bid) and individuals – KZT134.0 m (12.7 %). The issuer raised KZT976,852,791.37 having sold 1,000,000 bonds in subscription. In doing so, the individuals bought 35,606 shares in the amount of KZT1,085,983,000 or 96.6 % of the offering volume. A total of 37 deals were made. The legal entities received 863,281 bonds worth KZT842.8 m (86.3% of total offer) in their accounts and individuals received 136,719 bonds worth KZT133.0 m (13.7% of total offer). Four KASE stock market members participated in subscription. According to the Central Securities Depository (Almaty), all deals upon results of the subscription were settled by the moment of release of this information, the subscription is completed.
