AGM of Central-Asian power-energy company shareholders scheduled for August 28, 2017

/KASE, July 27, 2017/ – Central-Asian power-energy company (Almaty, company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on August 28, 2017 at 12:00 PM an annual general meeting of the company's shareholders will start with the agenda as follows: 1) approval of annual 2016 financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries confirmed by a report of Deloitte LLP; 2) distribution of the company's net income for 2016 and dividend size for the year per common share of the company; 3) shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its executives and results of their consideration. 4) consideration of information provided by the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors on the amount and composition of remuneration payable to members of the Board of Directors and Management Board of the company for 2016; 5) choosing the auditing company for 2017.
