EGM of Kazakhtelecom shareholders scheduled for September 22, 2017

/KASE, July 28, 2017/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana, Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on September 22, 2017 at 3:00 pm with just one item on the agenda being the approval of thresholds and target values of the company's financial stability ratios on a consolidated basis for 2017-2019. The meeting will be held at 12 Sauran str., meeting room, Astana. Participants' registration will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The list of shareholders, entitled to attend the meeting, will be compiled as of August 20, 2017.
